"We are whole from the moment we are conceived. And in this wholeness, we discover that our human system is unified and never fragmented. The body is a self-healing, self-regulating, self-integrating system.
The Bible says 'Be still and know that I am God.' Perhaps this is the most important thing we can do. Life is continually unfolding itself to the still and respectful observer."    -  Franklin Sills

As a Cranial Sacral therapist, Merry Witty brings balance, organization and movement to the body from the inside out.

Cranial Sacral therapy is a gentle, hands on method of enhancing the function of the craniosacral system, one of the core organizing systems of the body and an expression of vitality and homeostasis balance. It is made up of the bones, membranes and fluids that surround, protect and nourish the brain, spinal cord and central nervous system.

When there is movement and vitality in the system, people are able to develop their freedom of choice, creating more ease in the whole being.

Merry Witty has studied Cranial Sacral Therapy extensively since 1984, with a variety of approaches, techniques and teachers, including: Charles Swenson of The Upledger Institute; Dr. David Walters (1000 hours of Applied Kinesiology Cranial Sacral); Dr Richard Holding (Advanced Studies); Franklin Sills (750 hours of Biodynamic Cranial Sacral); and others.

Affectionately known as "the Baby Whisperer," Merry specializes in working with Craniosacral Therapy for infants, as well as children, teens and adults.
